Yes, we operate on a prepaid basis, requiring payment for each order in advance.

Absolutely, our bottles are designed for reuse and undergo thorough sterilization after collection.

While it’s not required, we recommend rinsing the bottle after pouring milk for optimal freshness. Additionally, rest assured that we sterilize the bottles regularly for your peace of mind.

In case of accidental breakage, a nominal fee of Rs 50 per bottle will be charged for replacement.

TruFarm’s Payment Module: A Comprehensive Guide
To avail TruFarm’s services, a prepaid payment module is mandatory for all users. You can begin by purchasing a subscription, which is a straightforward process. It’s essential to note that postpay options are not available at TruFarm.
Invoices are typically generated at the start of each month and must be settled by the 10th of the same month. If invoices are generated after the 4th of the month, payment must be made within seven days. Please note that a fixed overdue charge of ₹60 INR will be added to your bill if the invoice is not paid on time.
